Chappaqua Limousine — Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

We have a clear and consistent cancellation policy for all reservations:


Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours’ Notice

  • No cancellation fee will be charged for any reservation cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.


Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Trip

  • A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total trip cost will apply if you cancel within 24 hours to 4 hours of your scheduled pick-up time.
  • A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost will apply if you cancel within 4 hours and your scheduled pick-up time


🚗 Cancellations for Special or Specific Vehicles or Drivers

  • If you reserved a special or specific vehicle or driver:
  • Cancelling on the same day will result in a fee equal to 50% of the estimated total cost.
  • Cancelling within 4 hours of pick-up will result in a fee equal to 100% of the estimated total cost.


Please Note:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by phone, email or text message during our business hours.
  • Confirmation of cancellation must be requested by customer from company.
  • Company cannot be responsible cancellation request(s) without confirmation
  • The applicable fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
